A flyer winding machine winds enamelled wire into the stator slots at high speed by means of a rotating flyer. Its core advantage is multi-strand parallel winding — multiple wires are wound into the slots at the same time, doubling efficiency with neat wire laying. LONGJIANG flyer winding machines are equipped with a Taiwan-made 5-axis linked CNC system, turn-to-turn accuracy within ±0.01 mm, supporting the outer-winding process route.
