A toroidal / inner winding machine winds enamelled wire into the stator slots from the inside, producing coils with short end turns, less copper and better heat dissipation. LONGJIANG toroidal winding machines are equipped with a Taiwan-made 5-axis linked CNC system + magnetic-levitation tension control, turn-to-turn accuracy within ±0.01 mm, with adjustable wire-laying neatness.
Typical applications: permanent-magnet DC motors, brushless motors, new energy vehicle motors and power tool motors. A full range from economy single-station to high-output six-station.
Fully automatic winding, indexing and wire clamping/cutting. Lead and tail ends are pre-set to a fixed length, so the operator only loads and unloads. Covers stator IDs from 20 mm to 500 mm.
